Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery
    •    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
    •    Standard delivery via UPS takes approximately 1-5 business days
    •    We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50
    •    Flat rate $5 shipping is available on all other orders
    •    All orders ship from our workshop in Colorado

Shipping Coverage
    •    We proudly ship to all 50 United States
    •    Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional shipping charges
    •    International shipping is not available at this time
    •    Shipments to PO Boxes will be sent through the US Postal Service. Please allow  for extra delivery time.

Tracking Information
    •    Tracking information is provided for all orders via email
    •    You may also view tracking information in your account dashboard

Extreme Weather Shipping Policy
During periods of extreme heat (over 85°F) or extreme cold (below 20°F):
    •    We monitor weather conditions along shipping routes
    •    We may recommend shipping delays during heat waves
    •    Heat-sensitive orders may include special insulation at our discretion
    •    We cannot guarantee product condition if delivered to unattended locations during extreme weather

Lost or Damaged Packages
    •    Report damaged packages within 7 days of delivery with photos
    •    Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date
    •    We will file claims with UPS for lost or damaged items
    •    Replacement products will be shipped once the claim is verified
    •    We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers

Order Changes & Cancellations
    •    Address changes may be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of order placement
    •    Changes requested after processing may incur additional fees
    •    Cancellations requested before shipping will receive a full refund
    •    Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned per our Return Policy

Holiday Shipping
    •    Processing times may extend by 1-2 additional days during peak periods
    •    Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website by November 1st
